How To Help Your Dog With Scary Acute Caudal Myopathy.
If your dog's tail hangs limp, and they are in pain, it can be frightening for both of you.
Twyla, my Scrumperdinger sometimes has Acute Caudal Myopathy. Otherwise referred to as "Swimmer's Tail" or "Limber Tail," it can appear dramatic and frightening if you're unfamiliar with it.
As with all things dog health, if you are worried, see a Vet. Nobody can legally make a diagnosis or prescribe medication other than your Vet, including me.
